MACKENZIE DAMIANO

Coach Mackenzie started competing in cross country running and competitive swimming when she was in elementary school and continued through high school with several local clubs in the Niagara region. She then went on to attend Brock University. She was a member of the varsity cross country team for her first two years at Brock before transitioning to the varsity swim team, specializing in distance freestyle for her final two years. During Mackenzie’s time at Brock she was an Academic All Canadian in all 4 years and graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She will be continuing her education in healthcare with an eye on either occupational therapy or nursing while training competitively with EDGE for triathlon in the U23 division.
